At 6:00 a.m., we’ll pick you up at your hotel, to leave Cusco (3,360 m. altitude), to go to Huancacalle, at 3,000 m. above sea level. Afterwards, we’ll visit the archeological complexes of Vitcos or Rosaspata and then, (Ñusta Jispana), going back to Huancacalle to spend the night.

.:: THIRD DAY ::. (HUANCANCALLE – PACCHAPATA – INKA HUASI)
At the indicated time, we’ll leave Huancacalle and will go by the local small villages, where we’ll observe the agricultural activities which the Andean peasants perform and we’ll enter the Great “Capac Ñan” or finely stone-paved trail used by the Incas, all the way to Pacchapata...more

At the indicated time, we’ll proceed on our circuit. En route, we’ll apreciate the varied flora and fauna of the jungle’s edge, all the way to the village of Yanatile, at an altitude of 2,000 m. above sea level, where we’ll see coffee and passion fruit plantations. At the indicated time, we’ll leave Santa Teresa, at 1,500 m. above sea level and we’ll go to the Hidroeléctrica (Machupicchu’s Hydroelectric Plant), at a 2,000 m. altitude. Then, we’ll go on to Aguas Calientes, at 2,040 m., to finally settle in our hotel.

At 6:00 a.m., we’ll board the first bus to the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, at an altitude of 2,400 m. above sea level. The guided visit will last about two hours. Afterwards, you’ll have some free time and in the afternoon, we’ll go back to Cusco.
